With over 20 years of experience in energetic and intuitive wellness practices — and a lifelong interest in music — I offer sound baths as a gentle space for restoration and renewal. Currently training with the Sound Healing Academy, I’ve experienced firsthand how sound can ease pain, support deep sleep, and heal emotional exhaustion. My practice is rooted in presence, care, and a deep trust in the body’s innate ability to return to balance through sound.

What to Expect

Wear comfy clothes.Mats, blankets and pillows are provided at home sound studio.Just lie back and receive — no experience necessary.In person sessions are 60 minutes.
